The Department of AV/R (i.e. for future civil servants) at HSPV NRW maintains cooperation agreements (Inter-Institutional Agreements) with corresponding departments at European partner universities. These agreements provide for the exchange of students each academic year and, in some cases, also for the exchange of academic and non-academic staff.
